MCC members gather together throughout the week in homes or public gathering places for fellowship, prayer and to study God’s Word. We are committed to growing in fellowship through the context of these small groups that we like to call life groups. We believe this is one of the best ways to build intentional relationships amongst God’s people around the Word of God. Our goal is for our life groups to be pockets of Christian accountability and discipleship throughout the community, where God’s people gather to stir up one another to love and good works, encourage one another in the Word and practice the “one-another” commands of the New Testament (Colossians 3:16-17; Hebrews 10:24-25; 3:12-14). These life groups provide followers of Jesus at MCC the opportunity to do life together, care for one another, and exercise their spiritual gifts for building up the body of Christ. At MCC, we encourage our members to be involved in a life group. Our life groups meet year-round and typically involve a meal together. Our life groups are sermon-based. Questions are provided every week, based on Sunday’s sermon, for digging deeper into God’s Word and discussing how to practice what was preached on Sunday. Please contact email@example.com if you're a member of MCC and interested in a group.
Beyond our life groups, we have quarterly men’s and women’s events, quarterly “101” Sunday school classes, and bible studies led by our members that are open to those who are new or just checking out MCC.
